My 'aunt' Karen loved 'oldies'. She was also the last person to be born with a 'hole in her heart', and not have it fixed at birth. The doctors said she would not live to be an adult. When she became an adult they said she would not live much longer. At age 30 they stopped telling her anything. She lived a full life, I knew and loved her like a sister. She died at 43. She had been calling herself Kari for the last years of her life, and my daughter was given her name.
